Tips & Tricks
Minotaur is a durable tank, and that allows him to launch fights and distract enemies while his teammates attack them.
Playing him as a roaming tank support allows him to travel the map early in the game and help impact all lanes, getting his teammates ahead and helping secure objectives.
Building Courage Mask allows Minotaur to roam early without losing too much gold and experience traveling lane to lane. Warrior Boots also makes him move more quickly and also increase his defense in fights, making him more tanky.
Athena’s Shield can make Minotaur even more of a nuisance for the enemy team with its periodic shields. After that, continue to build defensively based on the enemy threats dictating whether you need more Physical or Magical Defense.
Minotaur is great for jumping in and distracting enemies while his allies barrage them with damage. Sticking with a Marksman is a smart idea for Minotaur; he can support them nicely with healing and crowd control, and they can pump out steady damage to ensure anyone who crosses Minotaur dies.
Motivation Roar is a powerful move that can help allies regenerate considerable health based on how much damage Minotaur has absorbed. Learn when to use it most effectively: don’t be afraid to use it early to save an important ally, but if things are going well, it can be used later to top up allies after a fight.
Minotaur uses the Tank Emblem Page, with Vitality offering him some extra health. Inspire gives him some nice cooldown reduction, and Tenacity increases his defenses when low on health, perfect for helping him sustain as he gets lower and his Motivation Roar becomes stronger!
