Tips & Tricks
As a fighter/assassin hybrid, Lapu-Lapu brings to the table decent defensive stats while still having powerful damage with his abilities. He lacks the mobility of most assassins, but once he gets going with his ultimate, he can steamroll the enemy team and lead his team to victory.
His passive ability to gain shields allows Lapu-Lapu to poke enemies down in lane before getting his shield up to hard engage on them. In team fights, he can bring burst damage with his ultimate, enhancing his other abilities to gain higher mobility and damage output.
Items
Building Lapu-Lapu offensively allows him to make the most of the assassin part of his kit. To help him be durable, Spell Vamp enables him to heal up while dealing damage, making items like Bloodlust Axe a smart early choice.
Warrior Boots offer a nice defensive movement item for Lapu-Lapu. After this, focusing on Physical Penetration helps Lapu-Lapu burst through enemy defenses, ignoring their armor to shred them swiftly.
Abilities
During laning, poke enemies with Justice Blade and dodge damage and skill shots with Brave Stance.
Try to remember to have your passive shield ready for when you engage. Engaging with both your ultimate and passive ready will help you deal damage more quickly and take less in the process.
In team fights, get into the thick of the fight with ally tanks. Use your abilities to leech health off enemies as you burst them down and aim to assassinate high priority enemies such as the mage and marksman.
Emblems
The Fighter Emblem page gives Lapu-Lapu valuable stats. Talents in Bravery and Invasion help increase his Physical Attack and Penetration, allowing him to shred enemies faster. Festival of Blood gives him further sustaining, increasing his Spell Vamp.
