 Courage Mask+700 HP +10% Cooldown Reduction +25 Mocement Speed Active – ‘Encourage’: Increase movement speed of hero and nearby allies by 30%. Increase Physical & Magical Attack by 20%. Lasts 3 seconds. Available every 80 seconds. After receiving Encourage buff, teammates can’t receive Conceal or Encourage again in the next 80s. Unique Passive – ‘Bravery’: Increase 10% of Physical & Magical Attack and Physical and Magical Defense and 50% of HP & Mana Regen for nearby allies. Unique Passive – ‘Devotion’: Grants 2 gold and EXP every 4 seconds. Smart Heart
Each time Angela uses a skill, her Movement Speed increases by 15% for four seconds, up to 30%. The attached ally also enjoys the movement bonus.
Love Waves
Angela releases Love Energy in the targeted direction, dealing Magic Damage and adding a Lover’s Mark to enemies while healing allies. Each stack of Lover’s Mark increases the amount of damage the target takes by 20%, slowing them by 18% for 3 seconds. Can stack up to 5 times.
Up to 5 charges can be stored, with recharge time affected by cooldown reduction.
Puppet-on-a-String
Angela releases a puppet string to the chosen target, dealing Magic Damage and gradually slowing the target by up to 80%.
If the target is still connected to the string after 3 seconds, they are immobilized for 1.5 seconds and take additional Magic Damage. Each Lover’s Mark stack increases the final damage by 20%.
Heartguard
Angela generates a shield for any chosen ally on the map, absorbing their damage taken up to 1200-2000(+200% Total Magic Power) points.
The shield lasts for 6 seconds. After a short time, Angela is attached to the ally for 12 seconds. During this time, Angela can use her skills without costing Mana.
If this skill is used again or the chosen ally dies, Angela becomes unattached.

Tips & Tricks
As a support character with limited mobility, it’s important for Angela to stick with an ally or risk being caught out by assassins in the jungle. Angela shines when paired with a marksman in lane, giving them some nice sustain while adding poke damage to enemies, helping harass them off minion waves and experience.
Angela’s global ultimate can be a lifesaving ability with its powerful shield. Stay aware of what is happening across the map at all times, ready to save allies if needed. Know who is performing well, though — if you use your shield and join an ally in battle and they soon die because they are in a poor position or underperforming, you’ll likely die with them!
Items
As a support character, Angela should start with the mask item to help her avoid losing too much gold and experience while helping out her allies.
Demon Shoes help her with mana regeneration issues. Fleeting Time reduces her ultimate’s cooldown upon killing or assisting in the death of an enemy. This is a perfect item for Angela; having the massive ultimate shields and ability to teleport across the map on a lower cooldown will enable her to save teammates more often.
Items like Dominance Ice, Ice Queen Wand and Necklace of Durance boost Angela’s power while also adding utility with their passives that slow enemies, reduce healing effects and lower attack speed.
Abilities
Angela’s Lover’s Marks allow her to consistently harass enemies, increasing her damage as she does so. Use this ability wisely. It can heal allies who are being counter-poked or burst down, but you can only store 5 charges. Try to maximize the effectiveness of the ability by positioning yourself to hit both allies and enemies with one mark.
Puppet-on-a-String is another harass tool that Angela can use to immobilize enemies and force them out of lane. Try to stack Lover’s Marks on enemies before using the move to increase the final damage they will take. Don’t put yourself out of position or risk dying just to keep the target on the string for 3 seconds.
Angela’s Ultimate Ability, Heartguard, is a powerful shield that can be used to help allies across the map, and it is arguably one of the harder parts of her simple kit to master. Have awareness of the entire map (and not just the area you are at) and use Heartguard to make powerful plays that can save allies (or get yourself out of trouble by joining an ally across the map.)
Emblems
As a support character, Angela can use Support Emblems to boost her healing and give her cooldown reduction, allowing her to store Lover’s Marks more quickly with Mastery and Gift talents.
Avarice plays nicely with her poke and harass playstyle, allowing her to get additional gold when damaging enemies.
